1. Accepting the terms

By using Tamam or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you register on behalf of a company you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

2. Service description

Tamam is a platform for uploading work and sharing it with clients via review links, collecting comments and decisions, and issuing approval certificates. Each plan’s features are shown on the pricing page and may change with development.

3. Account & security

You must enter accurate details and keep your password confidential.
You’re responsible for all activity from your account and the team and client accounts you create.
Notify us immediately if you suspect your account was compromised.

4. Trial, subscription & payment

We offer a free trial for the period announced at sign-up.
After the trial or subscription ends the account becomes read-only: you can see your work but can’t upload or edit until renewal.
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and may change for future periods after reasonable notice.
Activation happens after payment is confirmed, and for manual payment (InstaPay or transfer) after the proof is reviewed.

Refunds and cancellation are explained in the refund policy.

5. Content you upload

Your content is yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process and show it only to the people you share it with, to run the service.
You’re responsible for having the right to use and share every file you upload, and that it doesn’t infringe others’ rights or the law.
You’re also responsible for obtaining reviewers’ consent needed to process their data through your links.

6. Acceptable use

It’s prohibited to use the service for:

Uploading illegal or offensive content or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Spreading malware or attempting to hack the service or access others’ data.
Overloading the service or circumventing plan limits.
Reselling the service without a written agreement.

We have the right to suspend the account or delete violating content.

7. Approval certificates

The certificate documents the client’s decision within the platform (name, time and version) and isn’t a substitute for legal contracts between the agency and its client. The platform is a documentation tool, and the contractual relationship between the agency and its client is their responsibility.

8. Availability & backups

We strive for stable operation but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We recommend keeping a copy of your important files.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or loss of profits or data resulting from using the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Suspension & termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violated the terms, with a chance to export your data where possible.

11. Changes to the terms

We may change the terms, and continuing to use the service after the change means you accept it. We’ll notify you of material changes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
